Richard A. Farmer (Dick), 60, of River Falls, died on Thursday, March 06, 2014 after a long battle with cancer.Dick was born on September 6, 1953 to Richardson and Helen (Filas) Farmer in Minneapolis, MN. After graduating from River Falls High School he attended Rice Lake Vocational School for Auto Mechanics. He currently was employed at Konrad Marine in Hudson, WI.He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He enjoyed working on his cabin up north and spending time with his friends.Dick is survived by his father, Richardson O. Farmer, brother, Jim Farmer, sister, Nancy (Farmer) Jensen, nephew, Joe Jensen and niece, Michelle Jensen and many cousins.He is preceded in death by his mother Helen and brother-in-law, Dan Jensen. Cashman-Hill Funeral Home & Cremation Services is assisting the family.
