Richard Dale Leonard, 76, of River Falls, formerly of Ellsworth, died Friday, June 26, 2015 at the Prescott Nursing and Rehab. Community.

Dick was born in Ellsworth, WI on September 1, 1938, the son of Leland and Gladys (Gunderson) Leonard.

Beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother.

He is survived by his three daughters: Debbie (Brad) Ryan, Dawn (Barry) Parker, and Darla (Ken) Boehm.
Grandchildren: Tara Sprague, Derrick Sanderson, Teresa Boehm, Carissa Jungk, and Garrett Ryan.
Great-grandson Austin Sprague.

Four brothers and one sister: Gary (Rosie), Bob (Pat), Jim (Kay), Lynn Solumn, and Larry (Bonnie).

Dick is further survived by Mark (Carla) Broostin and his family, and many nieces, and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents, son-in-law Conrad Jungk, brother in-law Cliff Solumn, and his close friend for many years Helen Broostin.

Dick loved playing horseshoes, deer hunting up-north, mowing his lawn and gardening.

Funeral services for Dick will be at 3:00pm, Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the Hill Funeral Home, Ellsworth, WI. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7pm on Tuesday at the funeral home. No visitation will be held on Wednesday.
