Richard G. Sterbenz age 72 of Somerset, Wis., died on Saturday January 16, 2016 at United Hospital in St. Paul.

Born in Chicago on May 4, 1943, Richard moved to Somerset in 1979. Richard was an accomplished entrepreneur and business owner, founding Dalson Foods, a global meat-trading company; and Richmar Office. He also owned and operated other businesses, including real estate developments and MR Convenience as well as Rich’s Eatery. Richard will be missed by many and will be remembered for his unique business style and huge heart. He was involved in many charitable organizations.

A memorial gathering will be held from 4-6 p.m, with remembrances at 6PM Tuesday, Jan 26 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home; 520 So. 11th Street, Hudson 715-386-3725.
