Robert “Bob” Redner

Robert “Bob” O. Redner, age 40, of Hudson, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 24, 2013 in Richland Center, WI while deer hunting. He went on to further his education at the University of River Falls, obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry. Their marriage was blessed with two beautiful children, Daniel James and Abigail Paige. Bob worked for 3M for nearly 13 years, with his most recent position being Shipment Control Analyst.

Bob was an avid sportsman who appreciated the outdoors. In the sadness of his death, there is peace knowing he was truly living out one of his passions in the beauty of nature, hunting. He enjoyed pheasant hunting with his hunting dogs, deer hunting and fishing. He was a devoted Green Bay Packer fan that enjoyed many trips to Lambeau field, as well as a devoted Badger fan. Bob was a hard worker, very meticulous in his work. The pride of his work was evident with his various building projects, landscaping and home improvements.

In his younger years, Bob was involved in Boy Scouts, obtaining the badge of “Life.” He remained active in Scouts with his son, Danny; as well as helping with Danny’s Booster baseball team. Bob loved being a part of the Hudson community and took interest in his father’s civic involvement. He had a special interest in trains and model railroading and loved sharing that interest with his family. Most important to Bob was his children. He was a loving husband and father who cherished the memories made on their recent trip to Disney. His wonderful sense of humor and loving spirit will be dearly missed.

Bob will remain in the hearts of his wife, Leslie; son, Danny; daughter, Abby; parents, Tom & Mary Redner of Hudson; sister, Leanne (John) Van Allen of Hudson; God daughters and nieces, Morgan & Lily; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Art & Rosemary Kunze of North Hudson; brother-in-law, Troy (Mary) Kunze; nieces, Alexis and Kaiden; and many other dear relatives and friends.
