Robert Cecil Marlow, age 78 of Hudson passed away Sunday evening November 17, 2024. Robert was a member of the US Airforce serving in telecommunications in Germany. Robert was a man with many talents. Not only a master electrician, he owned Valley Driving school. Robert’s legacy extended beyond his own infectious personality. He was a man of many talents and passions. From tending to his large garden with over 100 plants to enjoying road trips with his wife and family. Robert delighted in the intricacies of tinkering with various projects.

Married to his high school sweetheart, Francine Marlow, for 58 beautiful years, together, they explored the world, visiting ten countries and creating cherished memories along the way. For 41 years, Robert called Hudson, WI, his home.

Robert took on the role of Grandpa’s Lawn Service, with his “Rig” always willing to help his family. He had a knack for piecing together intricate jigsaw puzzles and cherished the simple yet meaningful moments spent with his loved ones during family game time.

Robert’s devotion to his grandchildren was unparalleled. His giving nature and service-oriented mindset touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Robert will be dearly missed by his wife, Francine “Rocky”; his children Chris (Kristen), Chad (Shelby), Carin (Shawn) Irons, Chet, Charlie, Charlene, Catherine (Kyle), Cynthia (John) Neeck, Caroline (Scott); grandchildren Alex, Alexa, Ronan, Jody, Ponka, Taylor (Alyssa), Natalie (Tyler), Mick, Austin, Michael (Kayla), Hazel, Adeline, Brennon, Cody, Zoe; great-grandchildren Natalyn, Tucker, Leah, Oliver, Giovanni; siblings Carol (Floyd) Drohman, Brenda (Bob) Smith, Jacqui; sister-in-law Shirley; many nieces & nephews.

Preceded in death by parents Robert & Jacqueline; grandson Tanner, brothers Lonnie & Michael.

Visitation 3-7 Friday Nov. 29 at O’Connell Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St, Hudson.
Funeral 10:00 AM Saturday Nov. 30 with a viewing 30 minutes prior to service at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 545 Stageline Rd. Hudson. Burial Forest Hill Cemetery Chippewa Falls.
