Robert “Bob” Myron Enloe was born on February 16, 1929, in River Falls Wisconsin. He died peacefully in his sleep surrounded by family on July 4, 2023, in Hudson, Wisconsin.
Bob was a loving and devoted husband, enjoying 10 years with his late wife Bernice and their three children, and 61 years with his wife Harriet and their “Yours, Mine, and Ours” family. He built their home, raised seven children, and kept his family laughing during their countless camping and traveling adventures.
Bob’s strong Christian faith led him to volunteering for over 30 years. After retiring, he volunteered with the Hudson Hospital and hospice. For 10 years, he made weekly drives of 102 miles round trip hauling clothing from Treasures from the Heart in Baldwin, WI to Sharing & Caring Hands shelter in Minneapolis, MN. He went on 25 Volunteer in Mission trips around the country. Bob also loved writing rhymes for his co-workers, friends, and family for special occasions.
Bob served 38 years in the National Guard. He also spent many years working in the maintenance trades. He spent the last 11 years of his career at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Through it all, Bob’s attention to detail, loving Christian faith, positive attitude, and sense of humor brought great joy to family, friends, and co-workers.
Bob is preceded in death by his first wife Bernice (Hesselink) Enloe, daughter Linda Adams, son Tim, father Arthur Maynard Enloe, mother Laura (Russell) Enloe, brothers Ken and Dick, and sisters-in-law Anita, Judy, and Debbie.

Bob was one of the nicest people I’ve crossed paths with. He surely will be missed by many. RIP Bob
I cherish the love that “Uncle Bob”has given his family, friends and relatives. I will miss his smile, hugs, humor, Christmas poems and how he had to build so many things and how he shared his time. Uncle Bob will always be in my heart…until we meet again!
