Rochelle “Rockie” Donna Graf, age 76, of Roberts, Wisconsin, passed away on October 16, 2023, at Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater Minnesota peacefully surrounded by family.

Rockie was born on September 9, 1947, to  parents Richard and Donna Erdman in St. Paul, Minnesota, the day after her twin brother Rick was born in Hudson, Wisconsin.

Rockie was united in marriage with her high school sweetheart, Donald Graf on April 29, 1966. The marriage was blessed with three children, Rick, Kim, and Janie. She shared her gifts of kindness and compassion throughout the years in various positions with the Hudson Hospital and Clinic.

Rockie was a loving wife, a wonderful mother and the world’s best grandmother/great-grandmother. Rockie found great joy in cooking and feeding her family. She was famous for making her twice baked chicken and spaghetti on Sundays after church. She passed along the family tradition of making pierogi for Christmas Eve dinner. She cherished her traditional tea party each holiday season.

She shared her artistic skills by painting and drawing and creating special keepsakes for her family. Her annual Christmas card was inspired by family and childhood memories.

Many fond memories were created camping and traveling with her loving husband Don.

Having her grandchildren and great grandchildren visit frequently brought her great joy.

Rockie is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Don; son Rick (Tina) Graf of Roberts; daughter Kim (Mike) Nielsen of Baldwin; Janie (Ray) Gandy of Hammond. Grandchildren: Jake (Dany) Graf, Cody (Laura) Graf, Kaila (Joe) Kastens, Kelsey (Tyler) Olson, Evan Nielsen, Zack Becker, Bryce (Maddy) Becker and Ray Gandy Jr. Great grandchildren: Aaron and Mason Graf, Donald, Alvin, Randall, Carolyn Graf, Scout, Rhett and Tripp Kastens. 1. Aunt Rocky will truly be missed, I will always remember her kindness in my first few years back with family in Wisconsin. Her dinners, her sense if humor and the true sense of love I felt from her. Our family is big but her love was bigger. From myself and my wife Lynda to her ” Favorite Aunt Rocky” the world lost a great person, heaven gained an amazing soul. We love you Rocky.
