Ronald Earl Coley

Ronald Earl Coley, age 56 of Baldwin WI, died on Monday, September 26, 2011 at his home. Ronald was born September 18, 1955 in Memphis TN to parents Rex Orville and Etta Jean (Wilkerson) Coley. Ronald was a graduate of Paramount High School in Paramount CA. On September 19, 1992, Ronald was united in marriage to Elzetta Louise Southworth. Ronald worked as an over-the-road trucker for many different outfits, primarily with Nancy Baer Trucking out of Jasper IN.

Outside of work, Ronald enjoyed the outdoors. He could often be found fishing, with a smile on his face and a bass on the end of his line. Ronald also enjoyed riding Harleys and dirt bikes, sandbuggys, and snowmobiles. Ronald also enjoyed playing cards, especially poker and Texas hold’em.

Ronald is survived by his wife, Etta; children Christy Lynn Rolf, Patricia Lynn Coley, and Consuelo Ana Vigil; grandchildren, Monica Victoria Rivas, and Natalie Jordan Rivas; mother and step-dad, Etta Jean (Paul) Talarico of Yuma AZ; siblings, William Oscar (Pailin) Coley of Moreno Valley CA, Roxie Denise Talarico of GA, and Paul John Talarico II of Yuma AZ; niece, Colene Coley; great-nephew, Ayden Coley; grandmother Tillie Mae Houston of LaVerkin UT; aunt, Ode (Tom) Gerlack of Hudson; cousins Herman Traetow, Debbie Traetow, Kenny Ray Traetow, and Glenn Dodge of Woodville; as well as many other wonderful family members and close friends in other states, too numerous to list. Ronald was preceded in death by his grandfather Ray Houston; and his pug, Dixie Chick.

A Memorial Celebration of Life is scheduled for 2:00PM on Monday, October 3, 2011 at the Family Faith and Worship Center, Baldwin Foursquare Gospel Church, 700 80th Avenue, in Baldwin. Cremation services provided by the O’Connell Family Funeral Home and Countryside Crematory of Baldwin WI.
