Sharon Jean Pechacek, fondly known as “Froggy” by her siblings and friends, was born on February 3, 1957, in River Falls, Wisconsin. She journeyed through life with a heart full of love and laughter, ultimately leaving us with beautiful memories and countless stories that will forever be cherished.
Sharon grew up on a horse farm and spent her early years enjoying the beauty of the St. Croix River. A proud graduate of River Falls High School, she was a spirited cheerleader and was Homecoming Queen in 1975. Her daughter, Michele, was her greatest treasure, and their deep bond often left onlookers marveling at their sister-like connection. Together, they created a lifetime of memories, with special trips to Colorado, bringing them both immense joy.
An avid lover of life’s simple pleasures, Sharon took delight in capturing moments on camera and sending lovingly curated greeting cards. She enjoyed walking with friends and family in River Falls, Hudson, Woodbury, Stillwater, and Maplewood. Sharon truly understood what mattered most in life. She lived with an open heart, always ready to encourage, love, and lift others with her laughter. Her ability to find joy in the simplest moments was a gift—not just to her, but to everyone fortunate enough to know her. She reminds us that life’s greatest joy is in the connections we share. Whether through a warm smile, a thoughtful word, or a kind gesture, Sharon made every moment count. Her spirit will always shine in the memories she created and the love she shared so freely. Through her years of treatment, Sharon always shared a positive spirit and never dwelled on her struggles. Her contagious giggle and unwavering faith inspired all who knew her.
In celebrating Sharon’s life, let us remember her warm smile, her joyful spirit, and the way she filled our lives with love. She leaves behind a legacy richer than any material possession—one of laughter, kindness, and the profound impact of togetherness.
