Steven Mord

Steven Mord, age 62 of Hudson passed away May 3, 2024. He was born March 25, 1962.

He served in the US Army-82nd Airborne from 1982-1986. He married Laura Zmuda on September 7, 1996. He was an avid turkey & pheasant hunter, as well as a fly fisherman. He loved animals. He enjoyed computers & games, music, and smoking/BBQing, grilling & cooking.

Steve is survived by his wife Laura, his dad Gail; sisters Kristine & Susan; 3 nieces, 2 nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mom Karen.

Celebration of Life 1-7 PM Saturday June 15 at American Legion Post 121, River Falls. Steven donated his body to the Center for Forensic Anthropology at Northern Michigan University, where students and staff are dedicated to research and education in forensic science. No flowers–Memorials to K9 for Warriors.
