Steven Richard Jungbauer

Steven Richard Jungbauer passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 66 at his home in Somerset, WI. Born to parents John and Mary Jungbauer in Saint Paul, MN on October 10, 1957, Steven was a former Army veteran who served his country with pride from 1974 to 1977.

Steven was an avid Minnesota Vikings and Twins fan. He enjoyed traveling and spending time in Las Vegas and at the North Shore. Those were his happy places. Steven was known for his captivating storytelling and infectious sense of humor; he brought joy to all who knew him. We will love and miss him forever.

Steven is survived by his wife Mary Jungbauer; children Angela (Aurelio) Regino, Amy (Justin) Dombrovski, Alicia (Justin) Zelinske; step-children Joleen and Ryan Garaghty; grandchildren Madason, Arianna, Blake, Hunter, Jackson, Carter, Paytin, Ava, Cruz, Ayden, Azlynn and Roman; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents John and Mary Jungbauer; and brother Jack Jungbauer.

A celebration of Steven’s life will take place at on Thursday, July, 25, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 pm. at O’Connell Family Funeral Home 520 S. 11th Street Hudson, WI 54016 with service starting at 7:00 p.m.

A graveside service will take place on Friday, July 26, 2024 starting 12:00 p.m. at Willow River Cemetery, 815 Wisconsin St. Hudson, WI 54016.
