Susan Lee Andrews

Susan Lee Andrews, age 64 of Bay City passed away on April 23, 2022 at her residence surrounded by family. Susan was born on November 23, 1957 to John and Bonnie (Caboth) Rike in Britt, IA. She graduated from Titonka High School and continued her education at the Medical Institute of Minnesota obtaining a degree for Veterinary Technician. Susan married the love of her life Gregory Andrews on December 8, 1979 in Titonka, Iowa. Their union blessed them with three children, Jessi, Stina, and Mikael.

Susan loved the beauty of the outdoors especially when it included her horses; trail riding, camping, snowmobiling and kayaking. She mostly enjoyed spending time with her family and enjoying her grandchildren. Susan was very proud of her family farm in Iowa and enjoyed trips back home to it.

Susan will remain in the heart of her husband Greg; children: Jessi (Joe) Willenbring, Stina (Graham) Anderson, and Mikael (Amber) Andrews; grandchildren: James, John, and Jacob Willenbring, Fiona and Ingrid Andrews; siblings Diane (Jack) Shields, and Steven Rike. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bonnie Rike, her parents-in-law, Burton and Elaine Andrews, and sister-in-law, Kay (Rike) Simons.

A memorial service will be at 4:00pm Friday, May 6, 2022 at Eidsvold Lutheran Parish, 6111 Cty Rd EE, Bay City, WI 54723. A visitation will start at 2:00pm until the start of the service. The service will also broadcasted to the church radio station 93.1 FM that has a 1-mile radius around the church.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be to “Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance” www.mnovarian.org.
