Tammy L. Severson (nee: Hill), age 51, of Houlton, WI, passed away suddenly on February 5, 2017.

Tammy was born on December 6, 1965 to Ronald and Diane (Albertson) Hill in Stillwater, MN. She attended Houlton Elementary School, and Hudson High School. After high school, Tammy was blessed with her three daughters: Sondra, Chelsea, and Mackenzie.

She had a passion and gift to care for everyone in all aspects of her life, from her home to her career.

Tammy was an avid fisherwoman who loved spending time on the lake in her boat, fishing and soaking up the sun. She loved her cellphone, traveling to warm destinations, watching movies, and spending time outdoors camping, snowmobiling and skiing. She had a talent for fixing something that was broken, and a lover of photography.

Tammy was a huge supporter of her family and friends. She always protected and stood up for her family and friends, who continuously put herself on the line for those she loved most. She was a passionate and vibrant person, whose light and laughter illuminated any room she walked in to. Her bravery and spitfire attitude made her the life of the party, always living on the edge and getting into shenanigans with her family.  She was outspoken with a loving personality and provided endless amounts of unconditional love to those she cared about.

    • To mom Diane,
I can’t imagine losing a child. She was far too young. I am so sorry for the sorrow you must all be feeling. Our daughter Nicole and Sondra went to Houlton school together and played together often.

    • Our family has lost another bright and shiny light……Always a smile and a hug……So much sadness for the family to go through, but she is one of heavens wonderful angels now…..Thoughts and prayers to her children and grand children and may God give you strength at this difficult time. And to her Dad and Mother and siblings….Hugs…..

    • There’s so much I’d like to say about Tammy in the few times I got tone around her. She was a kind, caring , loving, friendly, colorful, vivacious woman who brought love and life to many. She didn’t know a stranger and made everyone feel special. My heart goes out to the whole family at this difficult time. R.I.P Tammy ❣

    • There are no words that will help Tammy’s family with her loss. There is a void now that can only be filled with love and support of family and friends. Tammy had an infectious laugh, she was always joking around and having a good time. Like the song goes, “Only the good die young “. Praying for family and friends during this difficult time. Wish I could be there to hug you all!!
