Thomas Michael Rowan, Jr., 56 of Prescott, died Tuesday, December 22, 2015 in Prescott.
Tom was born on August 23, 1959 in Mondovi, WI to Thomas and Barbara (Crawford) Rowan, Sr.
There was never a dull moment when Tom was around, whether he was bringing a smile to a person’s face, or laughter into a conversation. He always strived to be the best Dad for his kids, Brother to his siblings, and friend to his community. He worked and gave back to the community through his kind heart and through his business, TR’s Home Enhancements. One thing is for certain, is that he will be greatly missed by many, and carried on through the hearts of his friends and family.
Tom is survived by his four children: Stephanie (Kinnell) Tackett, Carrie, Mikayla and Trent Rowan. Grandchildren: Lachlan, Elowyn and Morgan.

Brothers and sisters: Debra Kittilson, Randy Rowan, Mary Ann (Ron) Howington, and Michael (Linda) Rowan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and step-mother Kathleen, and three infant sisters Cindy, Diane and Julie.

A memorial service and time of remembrances will take place at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 29th, 2015 at the Hill Funeral Home, Prescott, WI with a visitation starting at 1:00 p.m. preceding the service.
