Thomas ‘Tom’ Sorenson Sr. age 63 of River Falls, WI passed away unexpectedly on February 10th, 2024 at his residence following a battle with heart disease.

He was born in Minneapolis, MN on June 2, 1960 to Brigitte and Harry Sorenson.  His childhood was spent in Coon Rapids where he attended Elementary & Highschool. Tom was a jack of all trades.  Spent time working in Heating & Air Conditioning, along with engine mechanics large and small.  He could fix anything once he put his mind to it.  He loved watching movies and Football, as well as spending time with his granddaughter Meg and daughter Angela.  Dogs were a passion for Tom, having had them as companions for most of his life and always insisting on visits with his “grand-dogs”.  Tom will be remembered for his love of family and animals and his great sense of humor.  Tom was a simple man who will be missed.

He is preceded in death by his brother Mark, wife Rosa, his mother Brigitte and ex-wives Frances and Meg.

Tom is survived by his father Harry whom he fondly referred to as Pup, daughter Angela (Dan) Brown, son Thomas (Esther) Sorenson, grandchildren Meg, Tristin & Liyou, his brothers Harry Sorenson Jr., Doug (Lisa) Sorenson, niece Pamela Sorenson, nephews Matt Sorenson & Eric Sorenson and companion Pamela Anderson.

The family will not be holding a service at this time, but will be gathering at a later date to remember Tom. Cremation services have been entrusted to the O’Connell Family Funeral Home of River Falls.
