Timothy DeLoy

Timothy E. DeLoy, much-loved husband, son, brother and friend, age 52 of Roberts, WI, passed away unexpectedly on October 2, 2021 at Regions Hospital. Tim was born on January 5, 1969 in St. Paul, MN, and was raised in Hudson, WI, by his parents Nora and Frank Roessler.  He graduated from Hudson High School with the class of 1987.  On July 22, 1989, Tim was united in marriage to the love of his life Bonnie.

Tim’s unmatched energy led him to live a life full of fun and adventure. He loved spending time in the outdoors as much as possible enjoying one of his many “toys” and spending time with his wife and many special friends.  Tim and Bonnie bought their cabin in Danbury, their happy place, for their 25th wedding anniversary and they spent as much time there as possible.  Annual deer hunting season spent with his brother Brian and in the earlier years his dad as well, was something he looked forward to every year. He was a selfless man who would do anything for his friends and family and never asked for anything in return. He was also a Packer fan and loved to have his new puppy Emma by his side.  Tim was a skilled carpenter with a strong work ethic who started his career building houses for Sam Miller Construction and finished his career at Chandler Exhibits where he had worked for 20 years.

Tim will remain in the hearts of his wife Bonnie; father Frank Roessler; siblings Brian (Carrie) DeLoy, Kelley (Dale) Dahlke, Todd (Mary) Roessler; mother in law Pat Macho; sister in law Sheri (Jim) Geraets; nieces and nephews Joe, Scott, and Michael Dahlke, Max (Sally) and Megan Geraets, Justin, Courtney and Garrett DeLoy; grand nephew Maverick and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends who were family to him. He is preceded in death by his mother Nora, grandparents Otto and Lucy Zimmerman, Frank and Agnes Roessler, father-in-law Ken Macho, good friend Todd Kersten, birth father Harry Deloy, and special canine companions Goldie, Penny, and Dixie.

A celebration of life for Tim will be held on Monday October 11th, 2021 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home in Hudson, WI, from 5-7pm with a time for sharing stories and reflection at 7pm. Tim was most comfortable in his jeans and t-shirt so please attend wearing your comfortable clothes.  In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the American Heart Association.
