Vernon E. Wood, age 80 of Somerset WI, died on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at the Greeley Healthcare Center in Stillwater MN. Vern is retired from 3M, and a USAF veteran who served during the Korean War. Vern is survived by his loving wife, Diane; and his loyal dog Rusty. Private services will be held. Cremation services provided by the O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Hudson WI, and the Countryside Crematory of Baldwin WI. 715-386-3725
