You were a great friend and colleague. When you left Annapolis we did not keep up with one another as much as we should have. We spoke at the beginning of the pandemic, but not since. I very much regret that.
Victoria and I were on call one weekend and we decided the skills of our colleagues with a fiberoptic scope were not so good. My wife filmed us anesthetizing and intubating each other. Yeah we were both crazy.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Gouze family during this difficult time. I am so glad I got to see Vickie at our class reunion. Infectious laugh and smile she always had. A true light has gone out. Fly high girl. RIP Vickie.
Condolences to the Gouze family in the sudden, unexpected death of Vicki. Hard to understand when she was so happy and full of life. Was so nice to reconnect with her at the reunion just days before her passing. She will be missed by many. Find comfort in your memories.
Victoria is survived by her siblings: Maria Gouze, Patricia (Mason) Werner, Catherine Gouze, Stephen (Candace) Gouze, and John (Margaret) Gouze; niexes and nephews: Rebecca (Stephen) Hanson, Anne (Jason) Kupperman, John (Allison) Romeis, Katherine (Adam) Bliss, Michael (Brittany) Gouze, alonf with numerous great nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents Frank and Naida Gouze and brother Michael “Biggie” Gouze.
Victoria was triple boarded: BSRN, DDS, and Medical Dosctor in Anesthesiology, having graduated from and was a professor at Johns Hopkins. She also was a mixologist! She was a devoted fan of the Green bay Packers, and Tampa Bay Lightning. She will be forever known for her bright welcoming smiles, wise cracking jokes, and great sense of humor.
Her family misses her terribly. Our hearts are forever broken.
