Wayne Joseph Brown, age 66 of River Falls WI, died on Sunday, October 13, 2019. Wayne was born September 18, 1953 in Saint Paul MN to parents Joseph and Helen (Linder) Brown. Wayne graduated from Mahtomedi High School with the Class of 1972, and furthered his education at 916 Vo-Tech, where he studied truck driving and mechanics. He was united in marriage to Donna Jensen on January 8, 1988.

Wayne knew many people from his years spent working as a truck driver. Outside of work, Wayne loved being around people, wearing his cowboy boots and hats, and dancing. He especially loved the music of Elvis. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping up north, gardening, hunting, and fishing the Trimbelle River. Wayne had an affinity for his Chevy trucks, was a dedicated fan of the Green Bay Packers, and liked going to truck and tractor pulls. He cherished time spent with his kids and grandkids, and his good friends, the Pedersen family. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Wayne is survived by his children, Keith (Katie) Brown, Travis (Andrea) Brown, Crystal (Jason) VanHavermaet, and Jared (Sidney) Brown; his grandchildren, Adisyn, Jens, Taylor, John, Savannah, Nolan, and Rowan; siblings, Judy (Del), Margie (Dave), Wanda, Karen, Dean, and Melinda; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Helen; and aunts and uncles;

To honor the life and memory of Wayne Brown, a Gathering of Family and Friends will take place from 12:00-3:00pm on Saturday, October 19th at the O’Connell-Benedict Family Funeral Home, 225 S. 3rd Street in River Falls WI. Those attending are encouraged to wear their favorite Green Bay Packers attire. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
