Lowein “Justin” Bruce Bystrom, 45, of River Falls, Wisconsin, passed suddenly on March 4, 2017 in Madison, Wisconsin.
Justin was born on July 19, 1971 in Red Wing, Minnesota, to Lowein Sr. and Bridgida (Regino) Bystrom. He married Stacy Rohl on July 7, 1990 in River Falls, WI, and received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Wisconsin River Falls in 1995. Justin is known especially for his love and commitment to his family and wrestling. He dedicated a lot of time to volunteering for and photographing the Wildcats Wrestling team, winning volunteer of the year in 2015, awarded by the city of River Falls. He is known in the community for his leadership in the Booster Club as president for the last four years. Justin also enjoyed hunting and fishing, but photography was a side passion of his.

He was survived by his wife, Stacy Bystrom; four children, Lowein Bruce Bystrom III, Tyson Brian Bystrom, Winston Rush Bystrom, Serena Rose Bystrom; four siblings, Mary Olker, Dahlia Donohue, Teresa Hines and Michael Bystrom.
Justin was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Service for Justin will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday March 9, 2017, Luther Memorial Church, River Falls, WI. Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m until the time of service at 3:00 at the Church. Burial will immediately follow the service at the Beldenville, Cemetery, Beldenville, WI.
