Agnes Magdalene Timm, age 103, of Ellsworth, WI formerly of Prescott, WI passed away Monday, January 8, 2018 at the Preferred Senior Living in Ellsworth. She was born on June 30, 1914 in Blanchardville, WI to James and Emma (Rundhaug) Retrum. On January 1, 1935 Agnes was united in marriage to Everette Peter Timm.

Agnes enjoyed her family and spending time with them, be it at a family gathering or a visit from a family member. She was always ready for a good game of Euchre and she loved to dance. Agnes was a longtime member of Order of the Eastern Star, was a longtime member of the Prescott United Church of Christ, sang in her church choir for 67 years and was active in her Ladies Aid Group. For several years Agnes and Dean ran “Grandma’s Antiques”, a successful antique business.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Emma Retrum; husband, Everette Timm; longtime partner, Dean Varey; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four sisters and two brothers.
Agnes is survived by her loving children, Valarie (Jerry) Foster, Dennis L. (Winnie) Timm of Alaska, Beverly (Jim) Huppert, Toni (Barry) Helmueller; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for Agnes will be 11:00am Saturday, January 20th at Prescott United Church of Christ, 206 Locust Street, Prescott, WI with a gathering of family and friends 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Pine Glen Cemetery, Prescott.
