Tracy Ann Johnson, age 54 of Ellsworth WI, died suddenly and unexpectedly on October 17, 2019 at her residence. Tracy was born June 12, 1965 in Red Wing MN to parents Lemar and Sandra (Janisch) Larson. Tracy attended school in Ellsworth, and graduated from Ellsworth High School with the Class of 1983. On March 12, 1999 Tracy was united in marriage to Michael Johnson. Their union in marriage brought together three sons, and over twenty years of love and devotion.

Tracy worked as an administrative assistant for over 18 years with the Ellsworth School District Food Service Program. Those who know Tracy know of her passion for coffee.… Tracy loved coffee! She was selfless and kind, and always kept a caring eye out for others. Known to many as “Mama Tracy” and lovingly labeled an “Extreme Caregiver,” she cherished friendships and treated all like family. Tracy was all about family, and had a special place in her heart for her dogs, Oscar and Charlie. She also enjoyed game shows and shopping. Her quick wit and sarcasm was a true gift for others to enjoy, and her passing leaves a void for all who knew and loved her.

Tracy is survived by her husband, Mike; her sons, Nick (Jill) and Nathan; step-son, Brett; siblings Toni (Chris), Chris (Teresa), Aaron (Mieko), and Travis (Katherine); dads, LeMar (Patty) and Butch; beloved dogs, Oscar and Charlie; in-laws from the Johnson family; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra; and special cousins, Roxi and Brenda.

Tracy’s life will be celebrated with a Gathering of Family and Friends from 12:00-4:00pm on Saturday, October 26th at the Ridgetop, W10516 US Hwy 10 in rural Prescott. Services are entrusted to the O’Connell-Benedict Family Funeral Home of Ellsworth WI. 715-273-4421
