Kristelle M. “Krissy” Wolle, age 38 of Baldwin WI, died unexpectedly on Sunday, April 20, 2014. Krissy was born on April 25, 1975 in Coon Rapids MN to parents Sandra (nee Brown) and Jacob Pyles Jr. Krissy embarked on a life of learning after graduating from Anoka High School in 1992. She went on to further her education at North Hennepin Community College, Bethel University, Saint Mary’s University, and University of Phoenix, earning her Bachelors degree in Business Management, two Masters degrees in Telecommunications and Management, and completing 38 of 60 credits towards her Doctorate of Management degree in Organizational Leadership.
As a professional, Krissy was certified as a PMP, PgMP, and was currently the Senior Director of Operations and IT Portfolio Lead – IT EPMO at Optum Technology, and also served as a Professor for Saint Leo University in Florida, and University of Mary in North Dakota. Krissy possessed a brilliant mind, and was a member of Mensa. She was gifted and bright, and used her talents in fostering her career and building friendships. Whether doing her daughters hair and nails, or being a hockey mom to her children, family meant the world to Krissy. She was a Minnesota Wild fan who enjoyed watching and cheering at games with her children and her family. She had a second nature for technology and electronic gadgets, and enjoyed unwinding at the O’Neil Creek Campground with family and friends. Krissy will be missed by those who knew and loved her.
Krissy is survived by her husband, Eric Wolle of Baldwin; her children, Raiden, Thorin, Bearic “Bear”, Aubriella Reighn “Aubee”, and Everleigh Hazel “Ever”; her mom, Sandy (Tom) Bancroft of Coon Rapids MN; her dad, Jake Pyles Jr. of Spring Lake Park MN; brother, Jake (Colleen) Pyles of Oak Grove MN and their children, Shayla, Paris, Sienna, and Shaniessa; parents-in-law, Bryce (Dorothy) Wolle of Madelia MN; sister-in-law, Allison (Brad) Sandberg of Ormsby MN and their son, Levi; grandmother-in-law, Peggy Romsdahl of Truman MN; as well as many aunts, uncles, step-grandparents, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; her aunt, Carol Blaze; cousin, Scott Stollenwerk; uncle, George Bancroft; and cousin, Tricia Bancroft.
To celebrate Krissy’s life, a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4:00pm on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 1010 Newton Street in Baldwin WI. A Gathering of family and friends will take place from 1:00-4:00pm at the funeral home, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Wolle Memorial Fund at First Bank of Baldwin, PO Box 2060, Baldwin, WI 54002.
