Thomas Couch

Thomas Lloyd Couch, age 60 of Hammond, passed away on December 16, 2016 after a brief illness at Fairview University Medical Center in Minneapolis.  Tom was born on October 10, 1956, the son of Lyle Floyd and Dorothy Idella (Iverson) Couch.  He graduated from Hudson High School, the Class of 1975.  Tom worked for Andersen Windows Corporation for many years.

Tom loved following Wisconsin sports and his beloved nieces, nephews, and great nieces and  great nephews.  He was an avid Green Bay Packer, Badger, and Brewer fan.  He enjoyed going to the games with his family to cheer on his favorite team, and watching them from the comforts of his home.  Tom was also a big fan and great supporter of his nieces and nephews and their sporting activities.  

Tom will remain in the hearts of his brothers, Wayne (Kay) Couch of Baldwin and James Couch of Blaine; nieces and nephews:  Michael (Jennifer) Couch of Woodbury, Dennis Kennedy of Hudson, Kari (Scott) Benoy of Baldwin, Becky (Gerry) Miller of Blaine, Sherri (Eric) Schendzielos of Blaine, and James (Marissa) Couch of New Richmond; as well as many special great nieces and great nephews.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Kennedy; and his parents, Lyle and Dorothy Couch.

A Memorial Service honoring Tom’s life will take place 11:00 AM Friday, December 23, 2016 at O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St., Hudson.  A Gathering of Family and Friends will take place one hour prior to the service.  Interment will take place at Willow River Cemetery in Hudson.
