Harold V. Jacobson, age 87 of Baldwin WI and formerly of Hammond WI, passed away on Wednesday, January 19th at the Baldwin Care Center. Harold was born November 17, 1923 in Pleasant Valley Township WI to parents Clarence and Signa (nee Dahlman) Jacobson. Harold was a graduate of Baldwin High School. On January 11, 1958 in Saint Paul MN, Harold would be united in marriage to Mary Jane Haley. Their union in marriage would be blessed with five children.

Harold worked as a chemical mixer for the Gillette Company in Saint Paul. Outside of work, Harold enjoyed fishing, spending time both at the cabin, and with his family. Harold also served as a Mason since 1955, and was a member of the Collins-Spring Valley Lodge #192.

Harold is survived by his children, William (Jodie) Jacobson of Hammond, David (Nancy) Jacobson of Baldwin, Nancy (Todd) Berg of Eau Claire, Chris (Greg) Hillstead of Wilson, and Michelle (Wayne) Englin of River Falls; seven grandsons; two great-granddaughters; siblings Lorraine (Harvey) Moe of Baldwin, Allen Jacobson of Danbury, Clyde (JoAnn) Jacobson of Hammond, John (Joan) Jacobson of New Richmond, Arnie (Bev) Jacobson of Baldwin; brother-in-law Daniel (Marlene) Haley of St. Paul; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane; and his parents.  

Funeral Services for Harold Jacobson will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, January 25th at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Hammond. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church, and from   4:00-7:00PM on Monday evening, with a 6:30PM Masonic Service, at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 1010 Newton Street in Baldwin WI.
