Hazel Mae Smitley, infant daughter of Stephen and Nicole (Johnson) Smitley, entered the eternal embrace of our Lord on Thursday, September 15, 2016. She spent 29 precious days being doted on and adored by family, friends and, most importantly, her devoted Mommy and Daddy. Her bright eyes and cheerful disposition captured the hearts of those around her. She loved sleeping with a full tummy, being guarded by her canine sister, Luna, listening to her Mommy’s heartbeat and playing with her Daddy.

Along with Nicole and Stephen, her memory will be celebrated by grandparents Jay and Chris Johnson, and Dale and Sharon Smitley; great-grandparents Carol Berthiaume, Vernon and Joanne Smitley, Marian Adkins, and Raymond Johnson; Aunt Jessi and Uncle Nate, Aunt Nina, Aunt Heather and Uncle Sam, Uncle Tony and Aunt Jackie, Uncle Tim and Aunt Megan; cousins Declan, Finnley, Levi, Mikayla, Ben, Zach, Nate and Mason; and too many others to list.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Rockpoint Church in Lake Elmo, MN, Friday September 23 at 1:00 pm.
