Brooke Amber Ptacek-Baker, 38, 0f Prescott, WI died unexpectedly on Saturday, June 25th.

Brooke is survived by the loves of her life, her boys, Mason-5 and Jaxon-4; parents, Joe and Robyn (Keys) Ptacek; sister Brandy (Shorty) Eastman; grandmother Margel Keys. Nieces, Trinity and Chastity. She is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandpa Leland Keys, grandparents Leo and Doris Ptacek, cousins Nathan and Tony Ptacek and uncle Jim Ptacek.

Brooke was the self-employed owner of Affordable Elegance and BB Make-up in Hastings, MN.

Brooke loved spending time with her boys, and teaching them how to fish and to be good-well rounded, young-men, that was her goal in life. In her spare time she enjoyed life, going up-North, going out with friends, eating out, dressing-up, going to the beach and traveling.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred . A memorial fund has been established at the Vermillion State Bank, Hastings, MN.

A visitation will take place from 3-7pm on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the Prescott United Church of Christ, with a memorial service at 7:00pm.
