Diane A. Olson, age 73, of River Falls, WI passed away peacefully on August 24, 2016 in Hastings, MN. She was born on April 21, 1943 in Red Wing, MN to James and Marjorie (Langer) Young. On November 27, 1965 she was united in marriage to Robert Olson, Sr. at St. Bridget Catholic Church in River Falls, WI. She worked at The Lutheran Home as the Activities Director for over 20 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Marjorie Young.

Diane is survived by her husband, Robert Olson, Sr.; her children, Robert Olson, Jr., Heidi (Brad) Molitor; her grandchildren, James (Melissa) Robbins, Joseph Olson, Jorey Molitor (Alex Phan), Samantha Molitor; great-grandchildren, Melina and Mason Robbins; her sister, Rita Dooley; aunt, Donna “Dot” Schommer; nephews, Steven Carr, James Irwin; many other relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 7:00 pm Thursday, Sept. 1st at St. Bridget Catholic Church, River Falls, WI with a visitation from 5:00-7:00 pm also at the church. Interment will be in St. Bridget Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the family.
