Doris Marie Buckner passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing, MN. She was born November 23, 1941 in Red Wing, MN to John and Mildred (Johnson) Langer.

Doris enjoyed spending time with family, gardening, bird watching and time spent at the cabin. She was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers & Oakland Raiders.

She is preceded in death by mother, Mildred Langer; father, Arnold Langer; brothers, Bill & Robert Langer and sisters, Mary Ann Rupka & Diana Langer.

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Richard; sons, Greg (Janet) Buckner, Kurt (Diana) Buckner; daughter, Kim (Larry) Kearns; sister, Linda (Frank) Pumper and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

Donations to the American Cancer Society preferred in lieu of flowers or memorials. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
