Dennis ‘Denny’ Freidel, age 74 of Prescott died October 1st, 2021. He was born December 4, 1946 in Parkston, South Dakota; the son of Donald and Violet (Pierson) Freidel. He was a man of honor, kindness, generosity, humility, and love. Each day he lived life to the fullest. His family meant the world to him and in return, he was their everything.

He is survived by his wife Georgia; children Tim Freidel, Teresa (Dean) Williams; grandchildren Bridget, Emily, Brooke, Heather; siblings Lloyd (Mary) Freidel, Leanna Martin, Kristine (Dennis) Geissler; brothers/sisters-in-law Rita (Bob) Usselman, Charles (Julie) Reindal, Daniel (Sue) Reindal; as well as his nieces, nephews, and special dogs Buddy and Buster. He is preceded in death by his parents, step dad Elmer Koutz, sister Stella Freidel, parents-in-law Ralph and Verneta Reindal, brother-in-law Gregg Martin.

A Celebration of Life for Denny Freidel will be 12pm (Noon), Tuesday October 5th at Joy Lutheran Church in Prescott. This service will be live streamed. Friends and family may gather prior from 10am to noon at the church. Burial at a later date will be in the Alden Cemetery in Alden, MN. Memorials are preferred to your favorite local food shelf or simply, plant a tree somewhere in Denny’s memory. Cremation and memorial services entrusted to the O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Prescott.
