LeRoy George Frandrup

LeRoy George Frandrup passed away in his home Tuesday morning on January 17th. He was just a few weeks shy of his 98th birthday.
LeRoy was proceeded in death by his wife Dorothy; his parents; four siblings; two sons, Butchie and David; and a granddaughter.
He is survived by six sisters, two daughters, Mary Ann and Lisa; six sons, Jerry, Dallan, Bob, Danny, Donnie, and Gene; 35 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.
Words don’t do justice to the wonderful life Leroy lived. He was a devoted son, quitting school early to run his family’s farm. He was a proud service member, serving four years in the Army during WWII. His love for his wife was a love story for the ages. He worked multiple jobs to support his family in addition to running his farm (a farm he purchased himself – a point of pride for him). Leroy wasn’t all work and no play, however, he was known for being a prankster and jokester, and was liked by most everyone who crossed his path.

All services will be held at Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church, Prescott, WI. The wake will be on Thursday January 19, 2017, from 5-7pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, January 20, 2017, at 10am. Visitation will be held prior to the service at 9am.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Human Life International , a cause Leroy was very passionate about.
