Leona H. Miller, age 94, of Lakeland, MN, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2022 surrounded by her family.

Leona was born on August 13, 1927 in Pender, Nebraska to Fredrick and Augusta (Rehling) Heinemann. She graduated from Pender High School, and later was united in marriage to Alfred F. Miller on November 27, 1948 in Farmington, WI.

She cherished time spending time with and caring for her family, close friends, Bible Bees, and going to garage sales.

She is survived by her children: Connie (Jim) Perrone, Bruce (Brenda) Miller, and Douglas (Lynn) Miller; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Alfred; parents, Frederick and Augusta Heinemann; and siblings: Elmer, Harry, Gerald Lloyd, and Raymond.

Private family graveside services for Leona will be held at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
