Tamara “Tammy” Schulz, age 62, of Hudson, WI, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on July 22, 2022 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. Tammy was born on July 5, 1960 to parents Edgar and Marjorie (Tatley) Schulz. She grew up in California and graduated from West High School in Bakersfield where she then went on to earn her cosmetology license to become a hairdresser. Tammy pursued her interests in healthcare as a medical assistant before becoming a mother; she focused much of her life on being a wife, a homemaker, and raising her two daughters Stephanie and Brittany. When her children got older, she returned to technical college for medical transcription.

Some of Tammy’s favorite things to do in her free time were crafting, antiquing, and gardening; she had a green thumb for growing flowers and vegetable gardens. She also had a huge heart for both people and animals, with a kind soul that touched everyone she knew. 

Tammy will be greatly missed by her daughters Stephanie (David Cobbley) Rettemeier and Brittany (Tyler Stab) Rettemeier; mother Marjorie Schulz; sister Debra Kluge; and niece Jacqueline (Daniel) Grabski. 

She rejoins her father Edgar in heaven.
