Jacquelyn Marie Snyder

Jacquelyn Marie Snyder lived a vibrant life filled with love, laughter, and an undeniable passion for beauty and creativity. Born on November 24, 1948, in Minneapolis, MN, she carved her path in the beauty industry as a talented cosmetologist, owning and operating several successful hair salons throughout her career. From Club Hair Design in Minneapolis, MN, to Head West for Hair in Golden Valley, MN, and finally Action Cuts in Hudson, WI, Jacquelyn touched the lives of many through her artistic flair and warm personality. She was known for her outgoing nature and forged countless meaningful relationships both professionally and personally.Her impact on others was immeasurable.

Jacquelyn will forever remain a cherished memory. Survived by her; step-daughter Angela (Dan) Sorenson-Brown; step-granddaughter Megan Schroeder; cousins Barbara, Elizabeth, and Charlie; special friends Maggie, Renee, Steve, Donna, and Chris, plus many other friends and family. Jacquelyn is reunited in spirit with her late son Barry Quin Parker, parents John and Clarice Snyder, grandmother Kathleen Sherwood, and husbands Jerry Parker, Paul Singh, and Tom Sorenson.

In honoring her legacy, memorial contributions are graciously welcomed to St.Croix Animal Friends (www.scafwi.org) a cause close to Jacquelyn’s heart. She will be remembered for her boundless love and generosity, as well as her unforgettable spirit that brightened the lives of all who knew her.

Funeral services and ceremonies celebrating Jacquelyn’s remarkable life will be held at O’Connell Family Funeral Homes – Hudson, on Monday, September 9th, 2024. Visitation will start at 2 p.m., with service at 3 p.m., followed by burial at Willow River Cemetery. May her light continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who were touched by her presence.
