Mary Louise Stokes, 73 of River Falls, passed away on July 2, 2014 at North Residential Hospice in Brooklyn Center, MN.Mary was born on January 29, 1941 in RiverFalls to Rollin and Sylvia (Bjerstedt) Schweizer. She married William K. Stokes on August 7, 1959. Mary was a homemaker for most of her life. She loved spending time with her family, playing card games, baking and cooking.Mary is survived by three children; William (Betsy) Stokes of River Falls, Robert (Patricia) Stokes of East Bethel and Deborah (Scott) Brown of Maple Grove, six grandchildren; William J. “BJ”, Shaun, Trevor, Alexandria, Madison and Sydney Stokes, two sisters; Alice (Fred) Schleg of Antioch, IL and Nancy (Leroy) Johnson of River Falls and other relatives.She is preceded in death by her husband; William, parents and sister, Audrey Schweizer. Cashman-Hill Funeral Home & Cremation Services is assisting the family.
