James Eldon Huber, 54, of Ellsworth died Saturday, March 12, 2016 at his home after a long hard battle with cancer.
Jim was born on December 16, 1961 in Red Wing, MN the son of Eldon and Mary (Douglas) Huber.He was a graduate of Ellsworth High School. He married Rhonda Behling of Boyceville on May 8, 1982 in Menomonie, WI. Rhonda died in 2008. Jim later married Cyndi Anderson on October 11, 2012 in Ellsworth. Jim was a longtime employee of Johnson Sanitation. He was an avid outdoorsman, Harley Davidson enthusiast, and community volunteer.
Jim was a member of English Lutheran Church, the Ellsworth Rod and Gun Club and former Ellsworth Funster.
Surviving him is his wife Cyndi.
Son Cody (Shelby) Huber.
Parents Eldon (Maxine) Huber and Mary Huber.
Step-children: Jimmy Hoeschen, Dia (Andrew) Heoschen, and Brooks Michael.
Many grand-puppies.
Step-siblings: Donald (Alice) Monett, David (Barbara) Monett, D.J. (Kathy) Monett, and Joan Baillargon.
Jim is further survived by Rhonda’s family, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Rhonda and step-sister Kris.
Funeral services for Jim will be at 10:00am, Thursday, March 17, 2016 at English Lutheran Church, Ellsworth, WI. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Ellsworth, WI. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Wednesday at the Hill Funeral Home, Ellsworth, and for one hour prior to the funeral at the church on Thursday.
