Jilane Marie “Jill” Sletten

Jilane Sletten passed away suddenly on March 17, 2025, at the age of 64.

Jilane was born on February 11, 1961 in Watertown, Minnesota the daughter of Harlyn & Virginia (Salden) Crawford.

Jill found immense joy in the simple things—whether she was admiring the delicate beauty of hummingbirds, enjoying tranquil days boating on the river, or savoring family vacations to her favorite spot in Mexico. Her love of animals brought joy to her life, and her passions extended to reading, working out, and taking long, peaceful walks. She cherished every moment spent with her husband, and her family, especially her children and beloved grandchildren.

She will be remembered by her husband, Michael; her children Erin (Jeremy) Resler, Krystine Ericson, Jacqueline (Jason) Snyder, and Erik (Callie) Sletten; grandchildren Gregory, Isaiah, Grace, Simon, Asher, Sienna, Alea, and Ty.

Memorial Gathering 11 AM – 1 PM with 11:30 Celebration of Life Service with lunch to follow on Tuesday March 25 at O’Connell Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St. Hudson.
