Christopher Wade Huppert, age 54 of Hager City, passed away unexpectedly on June 28, 2022 at his residence. Christopher was born on June 30, 1967; the son of Richard and Jean (Meier) Huppert. He was raised in Prescott where he graduated from high school prior to receiving an associate degree from Dakota Technical College.  He worked as a CNC Operator at TCLAD in Prescott; which creates thermal management Insulated Metal Substrates. Prior to that, he worked many years for Smead Manufacturing in Hastings. 

Christopher enjoyed the outdoors, and was an avid deer hunter and fisherman. He was also a faithful Green bay packer fan. 

Christopher is survived by his brother-in-law Kenneth Kotz; nieces Ashlynn and Jenny. His parents, sister, Kim Kotz, and his beloved dogs Buck and Shuarb preceded him in death. 

A Celebration of life will be from 10:00am to 12:00pm Saturday July 9, 2022 at O’Connell Family Funeral Home: 130 N Grant St. Ellsworth, WI 54011. Interment will be held privately. Memorials are preferred to the discretion of the family.
