  1. Ruth Ann was a special person, always happy and smiling when I saw her. I enjoyed my time working with her at the city office and in the Jaycees. Prayers and hugs to the family.

  2. Remembering Ruth Ann when the camping club was the Apache camping club. We had many good times together. Our kids were young and it was a great family time together with everyone. Can’t believe we’ve lost so many campers. Sonny passed last year in July. It’s a different life but wonderful memories to dwell on. My sincere sympathy to Don and family.

  3. Ruth Ann was one of the very special people God places in the path of our lives. I am so very blessed and so very honored to have known her. Her personality shines and will continue to shine through her family. Ruth Ann was a fellow parishioner when I attended St. Croix UMC with my family and also a grand city clerk for many years including all the years I was in Lakeland City government with Ruth Ann being the best person to go to for any information needed, she was so organized and did the job right. Ruth Ann was one of Gods best all the way around. Rest in heaven Ruth Ann. You were and are loved and will never be forgotten.
