Beverly Ruth Radkey, 83, of Ellsworth, WI died Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at the Atrium Post Acute-Care, Ellsworth, WI.

Bev was born on June 10, 1932 in Red Wing, MN, to Albert and Thelma (Bundy) Marklevits. She married Gerald R. Radkey, on November 10, 1951.

Bev worked for Dora and Lola Apparel, Hines Auction Service and the U.S. Postal Service for many years, retiring as the postmaster in Beldenville, WI. In her retirement she and Jerry loved spending most of their time at their home in Port Wing, WI on Lake Superior. Bev was an avid collector of Red Wing Pottery.

She was a former member of the Order of The Eastern Star and a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Beldenville.

She is survived by her husband Jerry, Ellsworth, WI and son Tim (Jill) Radkey.

Sister-in-law, Janet Marklevits. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son Anthony, parents, sister, Shirley Schultz and brother’s David and John.

A memorial service for Bev will be at 2:00pm on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Beldenville, WI. Burial will be in the Beldenville Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be from 1:00pm until time of services at 2:00pm.
