Brent Anderson, age 59 of St. Paul, MN, died Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at the Serenity Humboldt Care Center in St. Paul. Brent was born February 20, 1958 in St. Paul, Minnesota; the son of Marvin and June (Miller) Anderson. He attended elementary school in Maplewood prior to graduating from Tartan High School. For many years, Brent worked selling auto parts. Most recently, he served as manager for GT Autoparts in thew Twin Cities. On February 7, 2017, he was united in marriage to Andrea OSander at their home in Maplewood.

Brent loved the outdoors. His passion was fishing for anything that would bit, but panfish called his name. He loved hunting, whether deer, duck, or goose. If he couldnt hunt, he enjoyed tinkering around the yard, working on home projects, or keeping his vegetable garden in line. Furthermore, he was an avid Minnesota sports fan and loved to cook.

Brent has been a trooper. He fought the hard fight for his family and never once complained or thought it was unfair.

Brent is survived by his wife Andrea; son, Bradley; Mother June Anderson of Maplewood; sisters, Carol (Bill) Hall of Woodbury, Renee (Jeffrey) Hady of Cotton, MN, Penny (Jim) Dreher of Hudson; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Marvin Anderson nephew, Dylan Dreher.

A Celebration of Life for Brent will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2017 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Hudson. Memorials are preferred. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at O’Connell’s. Cremation services entrusted to the O’Connell Family Funeral Home and Countryside Crematory of Hudson.
