Sandy J. Utto, 86, of Hudson, Wisconsin passed away on March 3, 2024.

Sandy was born to Robert and Evelyn Willison on August 27, 1937 in Waverly, Iowa. She grew up in Cedar Falls, Iowa before moving to Minneapolis for college. She attended the Minneapolis Business College and completed her studies in 1956. She went on to work as an administrative assistant for SSG Corporation for most of her career and up until retirement. On April 11, 1958 Sandy married the love of her life, Gordon Utto. The two were blessed with three daughters – Lisa, Gina, and Angela

Sandy was a bright soul that had a love for the simpler things in life. She enjoyed watching sports, crocheting and knitting, and making beaded jewelry. She was extremely organized and especially loved her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Gina (Steve) Broeren and Angela (Brent) Schwab; granddaughters, Trisha (Chad) Zezza and Katelyn Schwab; grandsons, Robert (Emily) Wilson and Drew Schwab; and great-granddaughters, Makaylee Zezza and Amelia and Sophia Wilson.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Utto; daughter, Lisa Wilson; and her parents, Robert and Evelyn Willison.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday March 13, 2024 from 10:30am-12pm at O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 S. Eleventh Street, Hudson, WI 54016. A funeral service will then begin at 12pm with a luncheon to follow. A burial will be held at Willow River Cemetery after.

Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.

    Sorry to see that your mother has passed away.
    Really enjoyed working together with her at St Croix County Abstract back in the day. Every now and then our paths would cross and always had a chuckle to share. Our thoughts are with you.
